Responsibilities
Lead the front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a terrific experience.
Supervise and support host/hostess, servers, bartenders, and other front of house staff.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure excellent service and timely food and beverage delivery.
Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of front of house staff.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and proactive manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.
